Delete your Fooma account
You can delete your Fooma account and all associated data at any time. This page explains the steps and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
- 1Open the Fooma app on your device.
- 2Go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
- 3Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- 4Confirm deletion. Your account and data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Data that is permanently deleted
- Your account profile and email address.
- All saved recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists.
- AI Chef conversation history and preferences.
- Import history and linked social media connections.
Data that may be temporarily retained
- Anonymized usage analytics (cannot be linked back to you).
- Payment transaction records as required by law (up to 7 years).
Retained data is anonymized or required by financial regulations and cannot identify you.
