Lasagna noodle rollups have a filling of grilled chicken breast, sauteed portobello mushrooms, spinach and cheese. They are wonderful with a side salad and hot garlic bread.

Instructions

Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are cooked, but still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain and rinse.'}

Repeat for each noodle. Spoon Alfredo sauce over the rollups.'}
