Chocolate Lava Cake

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Butter and flour 4 ramekins.

Melt chocolate and butter together over a double boiler.

Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale and thick.

Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture.

Gently fold in flour until just combined.

Divide batter among ramekins.

Bake for 12 minutes - edges should be set, center soft.

Let cool 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.
