Canadian Bacon Breakfast Stack

Start your day with a stack full of fun! Toasted whole-grain bread is layered with tender, cooked collard greens, scrambled egg whites, and sauteed Canadian bacon. The whole thing is topped with cheddar cheese and broiled until hot and bubbly.
